Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to penetrate the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with fastener distributors and dealers across North America.
- Drive sales growth by promoting the company's fasteners to OEMs, EPC companies, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competition, and customer demands.
- Handle pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the leadership team.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in fastener sales (specific to Oil & Gas and Energy industries).
- Strong knowledge of the fastener dealer network across North America.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, distributor management, and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
