Recruitment Consultant – Sales & Marketing | Antal International | Milan, Italy

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating in more than 35 countries. We support fast-growing and established businesses in identifying and attracting high-impact commercial and marketing talent.

We are expanding our Sales & Marketing practice in Milan and are looking for experienced or high-potential Recruitment Consultants to grow this specialist area.

You will partner with ambitious organisations to identify, attract and place sales, marketing and business development professionals across a range of industries.

Your role will include:

• Developing and managing client relationships within the Sales & Marketing market
• Sourcing, engaging and qualifying commercial professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Building and positioning your own specialist commercial desk

What we are looking for:

• A background in sales, marketing or commercial recruitment, or hands-on experience in a commercial role
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills
• A results-driven and energetic mindset
• The ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
