Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Identify needs of the Pharmaceutical Market specific to the clients expertise and establish the company’s positioning.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for medical services, aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive service adoption.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

2. Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote medical services.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing) to reach target audiences.
• Establish key measures and metrics, action plans/programs towards the organizational goals.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies with an aim to retain existing customers and securing new customers.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical affairs landscape.
• Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• To drive internal business project initiatives

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• MBA or Masters from reputable institute/university with minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in sales of leading Pharmaceuticals & Bio-technology companies.
• Experience working in a medical communications agency will be preferred.
• Excellent track record as a team leader and player.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Demonstrate independent problem solving and decision-making skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
