This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Sales & Operations executive who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and high growth international business.
We’re growing our recruitment platform businesses (niche job board within the “Tech” space) and hiring a key role within the business to have a big impact on the growth, exposure and drive on the new platform. We are a global executive recruitment organisation with over 130+ offices in more than 35 countries.
As a Sales & Operations executive, the purpose of the role is to increase the number of clients advertising their vacancies, attract candidates as well as have full operational control of the niche job board, you will be working closely with our marketing and IT department.
- Candidates need to be driven and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- KPI driven, focused on website analytics (Candidate registrations, website traffic, job applications …)
- Focus on ensuring the UX meets the needs of clients
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- A good telephone manner
- Ability to sell the benefits of using the job board with diplomacy and patience.
- Have job board experience and understand job board metrics
- Some technical knowledge including experience working on a website would be beneficial
