Client's Company Description: Our client is a dynamic player in the import, distribution, and marketing of premium brands across various business segments, including Canon, Agfa, Kodak Alaris, Grandstream, Cook, Promedon, and Kavalan. They specialize in commercial activities related to offset and industrial large format inkjet printing, telecom, photo, and medical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Streamlining data collection on customer product preferences and procurement volumes.
- Cultivating strong and continuous relationships with premium suppliers.
- Executing strategic price negotiations with suppliers.
- Efficiently managing end-to-end processes for placing and tracking orders.
- Spearheading the creation of comprehensive product documentation and ERP system integration.
- Conducting meticulous pricing analyses and updating the price list regularly.
- Crafting and promoting exclusive, ongoing special offers for the product portfolio.
- Proactively seeking innovative products to enhance commercial offerings.
- Vigilantly monitoring product stock rotation for optimal turnover.
- Driving seamless publication of new products on the B2B platform.
Customer Relations:
- Establishing and maintaining direct, strategic relationships with Key Accounts and Export clients.
- Identifying and securing new Key Accounts and Export clients, fostering robust commercial relationships.
- Collaborating with the Client Services Team to communicate special offers and provide technical and commercial insights.
- Offering critical support to the Client Services Team in managing and collecting invoices.
- Providing responsive support to the Service Team to address service-related inquiries promptly.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in the wide format inkjet media and visual communication distribution business.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to adeptly manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced ERP systems and data analysis tools.
