Responsibilities

• Lease management of commercial & residential portfolio assigned and ensuring the right tenant mix
• All leasing activities entailing attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages and client retention 
• Marketing of new spaces and units
• Handle client’s inquiries for selling and leasing property units
• Ensuring timely renewals of tenancies, default payments collections and maximizing the property occupancy index  
• Performing trend analysis of the client’s business & credibility before signing new agreements & renewals to avoid payment defaults and legal issues in future
• Develop networks and cooperate with real estate brokers, mortgage lenders
• Researching and reporting to the management on competitive and speciality leasing trends, within the business demographical areas of the community
• Addressing grievances raised by residents, owners and new clients related to leasing and community facilities.
• Ensuring corporate compliance with requirements of relevant Government Bodies, Company Policies & Procedures in relation to leasing matters
• Attending exhibitions (Cityscape) & International Property show to market the existing and upcoming portfolio of the company
• Participating in new property development team meetings, workshops, and working with other departments & providing dynamic solutions for improvement and Client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirement

• 5 years Dubai Experience in Property Sale & Leasing for a developer/Real Estate Agency is a must.
