Looking for a Senior Consultant – Marketing & Sales (Recruitment Solutions) for our team at Antal, Chennai Gemini Circle.

Role details:
- Role: Marketing & Sales Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Reporting Manager: Managing Partner
- Location: Chennai
Role & responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital-first campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing) and analyse outcomes to refine strategies.
- Identify prospects, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Curate and share stories, case studies, and thought leadership that strengthen our brand and engage our network.
- Take on open-ended problems, design processes or frameworks from scratch, and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Keep tabs on market and hiring trends, using insights to sharpen our approach.
- Support live recruitment mandates when needed, working closely with the internal team.
Requirements:
- Preferably, 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and ability to measure what works.
- Skilled at consultative selling and communicating value to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable engaging with clients (in person when needed).
- Curious, adaptable thinker who enjoys lateral thinking, abstraction, and making sense of loosely defined challenges.
- Self-starter who thrives without a fixed playbook, and takes ownership of building solutions.
- Experience in recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
