Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy for exports in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the lead, plastic, and aluminium industries within the export market.
• Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to formulate effective strategies.
• Business Development:
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the international market.
• Drive initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the export business, exploring new markets and customer segments.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed them.
• Implement effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth in the specified industries.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business through effective relationship management.

Export Compliance:

• Stay updated on export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all export activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Experience     

• 20+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the lead, plastic, or aluminium industries.
• Experience of working in Dubai or the Middle East in a large size organisation.
