Position: Sales and Marketing Head- Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
CTC Range: ₹25 – 30 LPA

The Sales Head – Racking Systems will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, business development, and key account management for industrial racking and storage solutions. This role demands strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for racking systems across targeted regions.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage lead generation, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team to provide customized racking/storage solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Drive the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies.
- Provide periodic reports to management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in racking systems, material handling, storage solutions, or construction products.
- Strong client networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Management (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in industrial racking, warehousing solutions, will be an added advantage.
