Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Head to lead our domestic and international market efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives in both domestic and international markets.
2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective implementation of strategies and achievement of targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on, both domestically and internationally.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize opportunities.
5. Analyse sales data and market insights to continually optimize strategies and improve performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
8. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of 5-10 years in sales and marketing roles, with experience in both domestic and international markets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
7. Experience in the [ Manufacturing Industry ] is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
