We need someone with very strong advanced excel skills and good communication skills.
This role will provide support to the channel sales team, so as to directly achieve the customer satisfaction criteria agreed to in the strategic plan and indirectly contribute to higher sales turnover. The role will also provide analysis of the local market to the General Manager as may be required.
The Key challenge for this role is to provide consistent support to the sales team without compromising on internal process and standards and maintain excellent relationships with customers and provide consistent and high level of service to them wherever required.

Deliverables of the role (Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities)
Administration Tasks
- Raise new product forms when required.
- Send NPF’s to supplier for approval and to Finance for code creation
- Communicate code and prices directly to the customer
- Prepare the Pending item reports for each hotel/outlet.
- Handle queries that come from customers regarding pricing, stock, POS, FOC sample requests and deliveries etc
- Reporting and analysis
Finance tasks
- Daily invoice booking.
- Daily reconciliation of CCD purchase orders with supplier invoices
- Follow up for credit notes
- Resolve issues raised by SOP during order processing
- Update and circulate CCD product database.
Key Performance Indicators
The Key performance Indicators will include (but not be limited to)
- Customer Satisfaction Index (Internal/ External)
- Timely and accurate dispatch of the various reports.
- Timely coordination and organization of work requirements
- Adherence to defined processes and systems.
- Professional administration and coordination both internally and externally.
