Sales Assitant

to join their sales team.

Tasks:

• Prepare contracts, conclude contracts, and ensure the execution of orders;
• Take care of documentation (emails, orders, offers) and maintain the CRM system;
• Establish and manage proactive professional and business relations (external and internal);
• Monitor competitor activity and the market environment;
• Support for actions related to key accounts (non-food);
• Prepare, attend and follow up sales meetings and participate to the business review;
• Support for key account presentations, sales action plans, market studies or other sales documents;
• Support and follow-up KAM agenda and meetings;
• Provide data on demand and monthly reports.

Requirements

• University/College degree;
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales and business development (consumer goods);
• Good communicator, negotiator, executor, multitasker;
• Strong self-drive and motivation, eagerness for constant development;
• Problem-solving skills, proactive thinking and acting;
• High communication capability;
• Customer oriented mind;
• Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and word, easy use of data and figures;
• Team player.
