Our client is is looking for Sales-BD Manager - Conductive Inks, required a dynamic personality customer oriented with a solid Technical and commercial background.
The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that the candidate shows capability to use his/her own initiative and work independently.
Hunting and developing longer-term customer relationships will make the difference, altogether with a positive, and open mindset to thrive for Commercial Excellence. Convincing presentation skills to Clients, Sales methodology Training and Commitment will drive the Sales Team’s efforts.
The successful candidate will be expected to have with technical knowledge in printing process (Digital, Serigraphy, Sublimation, Flexo, typo, offset…) for the PCB, printing electronics sectors in France and all EU.
Main Missions and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plan to the design, testing and introduction of new product range, focused on mainly conductive Inks and associated applications markets.
- New market, new customers acquisition – Business development- Hunting and Capturing Sales
- Contribute to product design and development - New product approvals/launch -
- Product management, Marketing planning - Go-to-Market.
- Implement action plan to introduce new product range, focus on coating/Inks market.
- Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
- Forecast and reporting opportunities for futures Key accounts.
- Proactive on new development/Pipeline and customer needs in collaboration with internal Technical/R&D department.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts – Participate to exhibition/Fairs.
Qualification requirement:
- Engineer in Materials/relevant major with previous commercial experience preferably with strong knowledge of nanomaterials and product development
- 3-5 years commercial experience in conductive inks/adhesives.
- Good technical background in printing process (Digital, Serigraphy, Sublimation, Flexo, typo, offset…)
- Experience in implementing Conductive Ink (Heating Film) would be a real plus.
- A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter”
- Customer/Result oriented
- English fluent both oral and written
- Willingness to travel mostly in France and EU, up to 40%
- Annual bonus based on performance
