Our client, an international enterprise with subsidiaries and production units established in Europe, one of them in Romania, develops, manufactures and sells innovative chemical and biotechnological products in the field of surface technology.
To complete the Sales Departament, we are looking for a Sales Business Developer, who will be responsible for managing and growing the client portofolio at the regional level.
The coverage area: Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Caras-Severin.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organize visits in the assigned counties, depending on the client profile and scale of urgency and importance;
- Presentation of the product offer to customers, depending on their needs;
- Transmission and negotiation of the offer with the customers;
- Update daily the CRM system, with information regarding the customers visited, the status of the discussion and the next step;
- Timely realization of the collections from the clients;
- Analysis of potential clients, depending on: the size of the comany, the type of industry in which they work, departaments, equipment used;
- Participate in the meetings of the sales team, monthly, where you will present the results obtained as well as the plan for the following month.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling products and services - B2B – attracting customers, maintaining permanent contact with them;
- Very good sales and negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic person, oriented towards results;
- Ability to work in a team and to proposes business development strategy;
- Goog knowledge in using MS Office;
- Holder of driving license, category B.
