You could be their next Sales Consultant.Their team is made up of 12 people (internal team) + 150 experts – nutritionists, psychologists, osteopaths and so on. Their programs and initiatives are available in 30+ countries – mainly in Europe.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Your contribution will be within the sales office and will be addressed to the D-A-CH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland + South Tyrol)
- You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including:
- Searching for contact details of target company contacts
- Sending emails to present the services
- Taking part in introductory video calls to explain our services and introduce our client’s portfolio to prospects
- Collecting the training and consulting needs of client companies and prospects, to prepare a quote/project in line with the needs expressed
- Manage the negotiation phase with the customer
- Managing the relationship with the customer with a view to building loyalty
- Implementing cross-selling initiatives to present additional services to client companies and build loyalty in other areas as well
- Identifying trainers that are compatible with the client's needs based on the training projects that have been confirmed.
The few most critical must-haves of the most suitable candidate for this role are:
- a person with a background as a sales consultant in the services industry, but if this is not possible, it is OK, if you are reliable and capable of learning :)
- They are open to hiring candidates with their first or second job experience.
C&B draft package
- Fixed salary: 14 monthly wages/year – depending on where you are located, based on the market.
- Bonus: In addition to this, they pay out a percentage of the revenue generated by the clients acquired by each sales consultant.
Your training and growth
- At the beginning of your path, you will receive manuals, training material, and coaching in the first practical activities.
- Following the initial phase of consolidating your skills, there will be an ad hoc training program that will assist you in your personal and professional growth.
