A fast-growing removals and storage company based in Acton are looking for a Sales Coordinator. The department needs to be covered between 08.30-17.30 or 09:00-18:00 - Mon - Fri. with occasional Saturday holiday cover as needed. Paying £30,000
Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Responding to all Incoming Sales Leads o Introduce the company and services o Track, qualify and follow up on all incoming sales leads o Most follow up will be by phone with further follow up by email o You will have up to 200 leads / week to deal with o Filtering the leads between smaller - larger properties, prioritising larger leads and any with storage.
2. Booking survey runs o You will be required to book a minimum number of surveys per week in order to meet your targets (70 per week) o You will be booking survey runs, planning the days of our surveying team o Coordinating the surveyors runs so they are efficient with timings and postcodes
3. Managing sales Pipeline o As part of a team, you will be assisting surveyors following up and managing the sales pipeline for our surveyor team
4. Generating new business - Outcalls o Cold calling of residential & commercial leads using lead generation database o You will have up to 50 leads per week o Potential to generate business meetings for New Business Head
5. Systems and Administration o All leads and relevant sales data will need to be captured and tracked using our internal CRM system o It will be your responsibility to keep up to date and on track of all administration
6. Producing sales presentation o Accumulating all information and preparing the sales meeting presentation on a weekly basis.
7. Data entry o Inputting data into the CRM o Updating any sales analysis reports
8. Admin for weekly sales meeting o Track relevant data and liaise with other departments to obtain this o Build comprehensive sales analysis for presentation and discussion with heads of departments at weekly meetings

Role Requirements
* Ideally experienced in tele-marketing / tele-sales / customer service delivery
* Highly personable
* A great communicator and rapport builder
* Exceptional at both verbal and written communication
* Experience with CRM systems / database management
* Experience in the UK Domestic Removals market would be desirable (but not essential)
* Results and performance driven with pro-active, 'can do' attitude
* Flexibility, in order to respond to changing business needs
* Willingness to engage, learn and share best practice across the team and organisation
The department needs to be covered between 08.30-17.30 or 09:00-18:00 (Mon - Fri). with occasional Saturday holiday cover as needed. Salary £26,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience with a bonus structure for ascertaining 70 survey
