Job Description
For a luxury resort in Tuscany, we are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Leader, you will be part of a cohesive team, assisting in administrative and operational tasks based on commercial objectives, aligned with the sales plan and strategy.
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to their requests and to qualify leads
- Gather materials and assemble information packages
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department are completed accurately and on time
- Assist sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
- Generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Prepare proposals
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments
- Perform hotel site inspections with potential clients
- Upload and maintain client database
- Coordinate suppliers
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in luxury hotel industry within sales, front or booking department.
- Extensive knowledge of Office Suite especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and communications skills
- Proactivity and Flexibility
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree will be considered a plus
