Sales Coordinator – Infrastructure and Construction Projects

Role overview
- This is a newly created national role designed to centralise and coordinate infrastructure projects that are currently managed regionally. The Sales Coordinator will act as a key interface between market intelligence, regional sales teams, and technical experts, ensuring full visibility of infrastructure projects across Romania.
- The position combines project mapping, client interaction, and commercial support. It is not a pure research role. The successful candidate will actively contribute to relationship building, opportunity development, and sales growth in collaboration with senior commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map infrastructure projects at national level
- Track project status, tender phases, contractors, designers, and execution timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and engineering partners
- Act as a national coordination point for infrastructure-related market intelligence
- Share structured project insights with regional sales teams
- Promote and present technical solutions for large civil and infrastructure projects
- Support preparation of technical-commercial offers and contribute to negotiations
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to define tailored solutions
- Maintain internal monitoring tools and reporting on project pipelines
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events

Candidate profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Solid understanding of infrastructure execution processes such as roads, bridges, concrete structures, tunnels, or similar
- Experience presenting, supporting, or delivering technical solutions in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with contractors, designers, and site teams
- Strategic and proactive mindset with commercial curiosity
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Good working level of English
- Availability for frequent national travel, approximately 40–50 percent
- Based in Bucharest
