- Handle sales office correspondence for the sales team.
- Prepare order dispatch forms/ Job Order Forms for the sales orders, following up urgent orders with the operations team and procurement, and ensuring that the delivery is made.
- Support the sales team in attaining sales targets by maintaining periodical sales reports- Sales Forecast & Sales Update.
- Maintain all Hardware project files as per the ISO procedures.
