Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects to cultivate relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-study.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Possess a consultative selling style, with the ability to ask probing questions and understand customer pain points.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
