Hiring for inbound Sales Development Representative, for a global PropTech / RealTech SaaS platform provider.

Their AI-driven property operations platform assists real estate owners and operators gather difficult-to-access building data, optimizing performance, and controlling portfolio operations from one place. They offer O&M teams real-time visibility into their operations, to automate manual processes, exceed sustainability goals, and improve building performance. Their clientele includes leading enterprises in the commercial office, healthcare, and retail sectors that currently utilize the software across 40 million square feet globally, to lower operational expenses, increase net asset value, and de-risk operational liability. Their center in Chennai, India supports their product development, implementation, sales, and marketing efforts.

Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads in the North America and/or EMEA markets with the objective of creating opportunities for inside/field sales teams.
- Be the company’s face and act as the first point of contact for prospects looking for evaluating solutions to their CMMS challenges.
- Building rapport with prospects to identify their challenges and drive engagement.
- Ensure that inside/field sales teams have all the discovery information required to run a meaningful and customized initial product demo session.
- Effectively use multiple channels of communication to develop engagement with prospects.
- Develop deep business insight and market knowledge to lead prospects through the sales cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product value proposition, features, benefits and Personas.
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM reflecting the sales development pipeline.
- Closely work with Sales, Product Marketing and Product teams and build a continuous
feedback loop to improve the qualification process.
Candidate requirements:
- 2-4 years of prior experience in inbound lead qualification as a Sales Development Representative in the North American and/or EMEA markets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS companies and having good understanding of CRM and prospecting tools.
- Ability to effectively leverage different channels of communication like email, calls, LinkedIn etc.
- Having strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of prospects.
- Should have high levels of motivation and self-driven attitude.
