Role & responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass annual sales goals in designated territories and accounts.
- Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer expansion.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives.
- Collaborate with customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Communicate value propositions effectively through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay update on industry trends and market landscapes, informing sales strategies.
- Provide insightful reports on factors influencing account direction and budgets.
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years of proven track record in sales leadership, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Previous experience in sales management or sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- Proficiency in driving the sales cycle from planning to successful closure.
- Strong articulation of product/service differentiators and positioning against competitors.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing client-centric, innovative solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
