Role Purpose
The Sales Director | Brokerage will lead and scale the brokerage division, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition across residential, commercial, and investment real estate segments. The role requires a commercially driven leader with deep GCC market expertise, capable of building high-performing sales teams and managing relationships with institutional investors, HNWIs, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the brokerage sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and penetrate new markets across the GCC, with a focus on UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Build and position the firm as a preferred brokerage partner for developers and investors.
2. Revenue & Business Development
- Drive revenue targets across primary (off-plan) and secondary markets.
- Establish partnerships with real estate developers, funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Lead high-value deal negotiations and closing strategies.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a multicultural sales team.
- Set KPIs, commission structures, and performance frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, REITs, family offices, and global capital allocators, including commercial real estate and hospitality operators.
- Originate and structure high-value brokerage and investment mandates across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality assets aligned with institutional capital needs.
- Deliver tailored investment advisory solutions with tax, valuation, and development teams to support optimal structuring and risk-adjusted returns.
- Advise global investor groups on cross-border transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset repositioning across GCC and international markets.
5. Operational Excellence
- Oversee CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations across GCC markets.
- Optimize sales processes and customer journey.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
- Provide strategic insights on investment opportunities and asset positioning.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Dubai Land Department, RERA)
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Understanding of tax implications in real estate transactions (added advantage)
Qualifications & Certifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
Professional Certifications (Highly Desirable)
- RERA Certification (UAE)
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
- CPM (Certified Property Manager)
Experience Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in real estate brokerage/property sales
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director / Head of Brokerage)
- Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets
- Experience working with leading developers, brokerage firms, or real estate advisory companies

Geographical Exposure
- Strong experience in the GCC region (UAE mandatory)

- Proven experience managing diverse, multicultural teams
- Strong international client network (investors, developers, brokers)
- Strong personal brand and industry presence (LinkedIn, events, speaking engagements)
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Hindi is a strong plus)
- Ability to travel frequently across GCC and internationally
