Hiring for a Sales Director - Europe Region for a global specialist Platform Engineering Solutions, IT Services and Consulting services client.

Our client is an Indian headquartered global IT Services and consulting company that provides modernization solutions using their proprietary platform engineering framework. They were found in 1986 and they have since grown to have a presence in North America, Europe, ANZ, and the APAC regions. They are partnered with leading providers like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Salesforce.

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact, across all stakeholder groups.
- Win new logos in the assigned solutions and services scope.
- Work with service lines and industry vertical teams to develop and execute Go to-Market strategies.
- Understand the business objectives, challenges, and requirements of assigned accounts.
- Leverage relevant domain knowledge to articulate business ROI driven use cases and solutions to cross sell and upsell.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Travel within the region and outside to win new logos and manage existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align company offerings with client needs.
- Actively monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure renewals and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on the company’s solutions, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and strategies for account management.
Candidate requirements:
- 10 - 15 years of IT services (new business development) consultative sales experience with minimum recent 3 years in the country/region.
- Preferably an MBA
- Experience in selling and a track record of continued success in winning new logos in the region.
- Rich domain knowledge in one or more of Retail/CPG/Distribution, Travel, Agri Commodity, Agri Manufacturing and other industry verticals.
- Ability to work with CXO levels in client organization.
- Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem & channel relationship is desirable.
- Candidate should have sold multiple $2-5 M TCV transformation deals.
- Experience of working in a global/India based delivery model organization is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
