What we are looking for: Sales Director
Job summary:

We know we want to take the next years to solidify a complex sales strategy that will allow us to enter new markets, thrive in existing ones, and set and surpass lofty but realistic goals. What is expected:
Manage a team of 10+ sales specialists. Prepare to grow that number.
Oversees the planning and execution of company sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth. This must be done in the national market, the existing international markets and in new markets for the entire portfolio of products.
Leads revenue forecasting and is accountable for reporting monthly progress to proposed revenue targets based of team performance.
Responsible for sales team personnel andmust hire, develop, and retain top talent for the sales organization.
Work cross-functionally with fellow members of the leadership team to foster collaboration while being supportive of team members and keeping a growth centric mindset with full transparency.
Implements effective sales enablement tactics to help their sales teams work more efficiently.
Strategic management, change management, and growth hacking are your daily tasks.
Suggest a written short-mid-long term road map that integrates marketing and production in order to assure growth. Follow this up monthly to reposition accordingly in order to meet goals.
Ensure all required data is available for decision making.
Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjust effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful.
Adapting to change rapidly due to fast changing supplier and client markets.
Relevant Experience:
Experience can be flexible, but we have something approximate in mind:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
Experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best sales practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Multinational sales.
Nice to have but not necessary:
Knowledge of French or Italian, other languages may also be beneficial.
Previous technical/engineering experience.
Previous experience with joinery.
