Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be coming from a Tier 1 real estate company. No Developer companies.
- Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is mandatory
- Strong knowledge in off-plan and work experience in a brokerage firm are a must
- 2-3 years of work experience in a sales leadership role
- Master's or Bachelor's degree or similar level in real estate, finance, or business administration
- Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level
- Deep understanding of the broker's work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
- UAE driving license and a car
