Key Responsibilities
- Formulating strategies and driving initiatives to meet the organisation’s sales targets
- Generating leads with potential clients, architects and consultants
- Sending job proposals, meeting clients and following-up for closure
- Training and guiding the sales engineers in the team
- Leading the sales team – keeping track of leads, proposals and quotations sent by junior members of the team
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Preferably 15+ years of experience in HVAC industry and 8+ years of experience in HVAC sales
- Good network with architects and HVAC consultants in NCR/ India
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
- Should have Bachelors in Engineering
