Meeting the challenges faced by today’s engineering organizations requires making computer-based intelligence the central paradigm of design processes. Our software exploits the power of deep learning to assist leading engineering teams to quickly design outstanding products. Where traditional physical solvers would take days or weeks to evaluate a single design, our neural network-based predictive models allow engineers to test and optimize design ideas in real time.  

The Role

My client has quickly established itself as a major disruptive force in the engineering design sector, and growing quickly globally with its solutions for complex engineering design challenges.   We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and ambitious sales professional who can drive the DACH region business development while leading the commercial team.

This position requires a blend of both technical expertise and business skills in the field of Machine Learning for engineering design working with global engineering company leaders.

What you will bring

• A minimum 8 years commercial experience in sales or key accounts management
• An engineering background
• An understanding of CAD/CAE.
• You have a passion for AI and Machine Learning
• An entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and “can do” attitude fitting with a fast growth scale-up organsiation
• A  commitment to highly professional work practices
• Fluency in German and English with any other languages a plus
