- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets & goals by expanding our customer base
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets in every defined region
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with all stake holders
- Partner with customers / channel partners to understand their business needs and support where required
- Lead service team and support our stakeholders to resolve service issues
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that may affect the business
