Our client is a professional sales channel platform connecting the Chinese and European markets, dedicated to assisting Chinese and European brands to successfully enter each other's markets with premium products and excellent service in different countries.
Currently we are looking for a sales director who can help the company to expand the business in Spain & Portugal. Current market share in a single product category is close to 10% now. A great market potential is waiting for a dynamic and experienced candidates with deep knowledge of kitchen and sanitary industry.
Main Tasks:
- Creating a strong sales team and sales performance prediction
- Participating in launching new products from scratch.
- Setting personal sales indicators, monthly assessments, project establishment, etc.
- Leading seasonal promotion, marketing plan and branding.
- Familiar with kitchen and bathroom dealer channels in Spain, professional building materials channels, engineering, and DIY channels.
- In-depth understanding of the industry, including competitors, market trends, customer needs, etc.
- High customer relationship management skills, create and maintain relationships with customers.
- Experience in achieving a sales volume of more than 20 million euros in the kitchen category.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team of 30-50 people.
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking, able to formulate and implement long-term sales strategies.
- Adaptability and problem-solving ability, able to respond quickly to emergencies.
- Experience in successfully expanding business, especially playing a key role in business transformation.
- Financial analysis skills, able to handle and understand complex financial issues involved in large-scale operations.
- Proficient in auxiliary tools such as OFFICE and POWER BI.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
