Our Client is a Global Leader in Energy and Automation.
They are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their Panel Builders, Integrators & Specifiers Sales Department. As a Sales Engineer, your role will be to develop new and existing direct and indirect customers while implementing the commercial policy through the channels of Electrical Installers and Contractors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develop account profiles, and execute the sales plan. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, and following up on accounts.
- Encourage partnering as a means to achieve account penetration and increased profitability.
- Develop new sales opportunities while addressing the needs of existing assigned accounts.
- Leverage a portfolio of business partners and key market influencers to support territory sales coverage requirements.
- Negotiate and coordinate pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Work closely with other sales teams, product managers, engineering teams, etc.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or a Technological Institution.
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development with Electrical Installers or Contractors
- OR Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in customer account management from building/facility management, real estate
- Strong English skills
- Digital orientation, excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Global mindset, willing to adapt to a multicultural environment
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Traveling is required
