- Visit each account where opportunity exists, map shop floor and create data base and pipe line for target business
- Make proposals with good commercial understanding, build cust rapport, relationship with key personnel at cust’s place and carry out trials
- Establish, negotiate, and monitor industry profit and growth objectives in accordance with budget targets.
- Develop and monitor accurate sales revenue forecasts and other reports as required for the team and team members annually and as needed
- Determines and assigns responsibilities, resources, and other criteria needed to accomplish business objectives
- Develop his/her indirect sales/service team, ensuring that a talent pipeline exists within the functions and dealer’s network.
- Implement and drive best practice in sales techniques throughout
- Understand and map competition products, SWOT analysis of competitor and strategy to beat competition on value selling.
- Monthly/weekly target setting and mapping of it through MIS control. Reporting to parent company representative through a systematic documentation.
