Our client is an international company looking to expand its current sales team and looking for a professional Sales Engineer.

Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in the sales process by combining technical knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new technologies.

Customer Engagement:

• Develop the professional network (wholesalers, installers, retailers), and enhance and strengthen sales partnerships.
• Manage the partnership with the loyal accounts (Selections, technical advisory, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, assess customer facilities, and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide quotations for the RLC equipment
• Customer visits: communicating programs, updating pricing and products, marketing activities, commercial policy, credit limits, stock, warranty

Sales Support:

• Attract new sales partners, and monitor the competition, preparing market research & presentations
• Provide commercial and technical training to customers

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the technical field
• Experience in product sales through various channels (dealers, distributors, retailers, online stores)
• Good Romanian and English knowledge - spoken and written
• Good PC skills: MS Office
• Aptitude to travel within Romania and abroad (~50% of the time)
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
