Job Description
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries, for direct sales in OEMs.
- Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs in close coordination with the R&D and production team.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Targeting customer in the sector of OEMs, UPS, and EV for instrumented cooling fans.
- Maintain and surpass the team target set for the year annually.
- Coordinating for sample submission, getting it approved by OEM R&D, purchase team.
- Preparing weekly customer visit plan.
- Monitoring RFQ on Quarterly/Yearly basis.
