Job Description
Our Client is a leading provider in facility management & energy solutions. For their growing operations in Athens, they are looking for a ‘Sales Engineer’ to join their team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for revenue increase through the achievement of set sales targets.
- Knowledge of company’s portfolio of services (Facility Management & Energy Services/Renewables) & monitoring of competition.
- Market research & analysis of existing/potential markets to identify & secure sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings, establish & maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to register assets & needs.
- Coordinate internal/external resources & communicate proposal document delivery & costing requirements to meet proposal due dates while raising, tracking & documenting issues.
- Develop business solutions & technical/financial proposals by preparing all relevant documentation for bid proposals & ensuring that it is complete & accurate.
- Follow up of proposals, negotiations & closing deals.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Participate in events or other marketing campaigns & represent the company.
Your Profile:
- University degree (mechanical, electrical engineering or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role at a service company (knowledge of Facility Management or Energy Sector is preferable).
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Sales driven, enthusiastic, motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time–Time Management.
- Good understanding of Tender/Bids Management Process.
- Ability to drive & travel if necessary.
