Main responsibilities:
Creation and execution of sales plans and strategies.
Work closely with major strategic current and potential customers/partners to understand the technical needs of the business and recommend continual improvement and innovation plans that will sustain and increase sales in the assigned territory.
Providing technical support to clients/partners; identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating as needed.
Participate in problem solving, data interpretation, and recommendations to ensure that customer operations are performing at an optimal level.
Trips within the assigned sales territory.
Territory/Location Information:
KZ positions are based in Almaty or Atyrau, with the possibility of traveling to Central Asian countries.
Main qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, industrial, etc.) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.).
More than 3 years of successful technical sales, engineering sales, engineering or field sales support.
A proven track record of successful sales and practical knowledge in the candidate's field.
Good knowledge of computer applications (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems).
Previous experience requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
Language: fluency in Russian and English (minimum requirement).
