Our client is an international company, an HVAC systems manufacturer, currently expanding his team in Romania, looking for a Sales Engineer (distributors division).

Sales Engineer

Main function – deliver profitable growth, in accordance with the company’s commercial policy.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop professional network (wholesalers, installers, retailers), enhance and strengthen sales partnerships
• Manage the loyal accounts (selections, technical advisory, etc.)
• Technical support for partners
• Quotations for RLC: equipment selection
• Customer visits: communicating programs, updating pricing and products, marketing activities, commercial policy, credit limits, stock, warranty
• Attract new sales partners, and monitor competition: market research, presentations
• Commercial & technical training for customers
• Traveling throughout the country as needed

Your profile:

• Graduated in mechanical engineering from technical university
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC products and applications
• 5-8 years of experience in HVAC product sales through channels (dealers, distributors, retailers, online stores)
• Good Romanian and English knowledge - spoken and written
• Good PC skills: MS Office
• Aptitude to travel within Romania and abroad (~50% of time)
