KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
The candidate will be responsible for selling specialty Chemicals to Coatings (Architectural/Decorative Paints) and related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for Gujarat, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh region.
-
Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
-
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
-
Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.

Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Market Unit Manager.

Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.

Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
-
Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries.
COMPETENCIES
-
Candidate with B. Tech, Paint Technologist or Chemistry graduate as academic qualification.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience

Ability to understand new products / applications relevant to these industries and able to effectively communicate about the same so as to handle commercial business and sales.

Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
