- Managing the existing business partners, identifying the growth areas, executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Identifing market potential in order to establish new accounts and expand business in this sector
- Following up and managing the whole sales process from the order receipt till the delivery of goods in coordination with Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other relevant teams
- Monitoring and analyzing on market developments, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets
- Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the new trends in the market, risks, opportunities and other critical criteria
- Monitoring the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Country Group Sales Manager regularly
