Role Overview
A well-established Dubai-based auditing firm with over 30 years of presence in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients for auditing, accounting, tax consultancy, and related financial services. This role involves proactive lead generation through cold calling, emailing, networking, client visits, exhibitions, free zones, and industry events, as well as re-engaging existing and dormant client databases. The role also supports the organization of seminars and client outreach initiatives to strengthen market presence.
The position requires close collaboration with senior management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal audit, tax, and accounting teams to understand service offerings and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs.
The role includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client requirements to support pricing strategies and business positioning. Coordination with the marketing team is essential to align sales efforts with campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and promotional activities.
The Sales Executive will participate in client negotiations, finalize contracts in compliance with UAE regulations, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
