Primary Responsibilities :
· Achieve maximum sales growth, profitability, and account penetration in the assigned territory, through effective selling and Managed Security Services offerings to existing and net new accounts
· Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
· Create and manage territory and account plans in the region, and regularly review progress of deliverables and revenue attainment.
· Maintain data on customer calls; provide semi-monthly pipeline and activity updates
· Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
· Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to the proper business channel
· Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups
· Arrange product and service demonstrations for existing/potential customers, where appropriate and required, and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value to the organization of existing and prospective customers
· Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers—highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities
· Accurately articulate the value propositions of offerings
· Plan and organize a personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory
· Supply Management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, and interests, as well as competitive activities and potential for new products/services
· Keep abreast of information security services, technology applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends via pertinent literature and consultation with marketing and technical service areas]
· Participate in trade shows and conventions
Qualifications Required:
· Post-secondary degree in a related discipline
· 5-7 years sales and account management experience
· A valid driver’s license and passport
· Ability to travel regularly (one week/month)
· Excellent written and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
· Strong persuasive skills and ability to gain consensus
· Ability to consult with customers at a business level, translating and communicating strategic opportunities into requirements
· Ability to facilitate solutions in a complex technology and business environment
· Ability to manage customer expectations throughout a complex sales and delivery process
· Strong decision-making skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure
· Strong business acumen
