Position Name : Sales Head
Department: Sales
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the operations and P&L of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall profitability of the branch and ensure its smooth functioning.
· Basis the revenue target of the Branch, create and implement plans to achieve the target.
· Set and enforce the standards of working and explain the process set by the sales and service head to
the team.
· Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the branch employees.
· Study the location specific market and understand the factors and customer demographics and other
factors which will have an impact on the performance of the branch.
· Submit reports on the branch finances and activities to the senior management.
· Ensure conversions of sales enquiries into sales.
· Undertake periodic and timely performance updates.
· Plan and take corrective action if the branch is not performing as per target.
· Deal and engage with irate customers and ensure speedy conversions.
· Develop and ensure implementation of feedback plan for mystery customers.
· Ensure that all the support functions are fully integrated into the branch operations (finance, HR,
administration).
· Build mechanisms to track the customer data.
· Collaborate with the functional heads to chart out the development plan for the branch employees.
· Foster and build the values.
· Build strong practices to ensure no unethical practices take place.
· Participate in organization wide improvement initiatives.
