- Location: Chennai
Role & responsibilities:
- Should grow revenue, develop and sustain a relationship with the clients and actively contribute to sales strategies and business development.
- Meet business and sales goals with full accountability for month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter forecasting and performance. You will target GIC’s/Captives, Digital Enterprises, and the traditional enterprises as well.
- Collaborate with the sales support, telesales, and marketing team.
- Should have a strategy and plan in place to nurture and build a strong pipeline. Identify and report on business opportunities and trends.
- Also represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
Candidate requirements:
- Looking for a candidate having at least 10+ years of rich experience in IT Services Sales
- This role will be based in Chennai and need to manage the team and business from Chennai.
- Travel may be required on a need basis within India.
- Target candidates from GICs/Captives, Digital Enterprises, and traditional enterprises
- This role will be of IT Services -India Sales and extensively sold staffing services with the designation of Senior Manager/ Associate Director/ Director
- Targeting customer base from IT Captives & Digital Tech market
- Looking for a very smart aggressive candidate who can develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve a new client acquisition and expand customer base and meet the targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing customers. Scale up the Sale Operations, will be responsible for P&L, the go-to-go person who is ready to hustle and generate more.
- Need to understand company Tech's stack and IT services.
