Role Overview
- The Sales Head – Parking Equipment will be responsible for driving sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships for the company’s range of automated and mechanical parking solutions.
- This role requires a strong technical-sales background, proven leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in real estate, infrastructure, and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for automated & mechanical parking systems.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across builders, developers, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and tender processes.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and collection targets.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection as per company policy.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of parking systems/automation/infra products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Market-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Management (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in parking systems, elevators, escalators, material handling equipment, or other capital equipment industries will be a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A senior sales professional with solid industry contacts in real estate, infrastructure, and government projects.
- Hands-on experience in high-value B2B/solution sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to close large contracts.
- Leadership skills to mentor, grow, and manage a sales team.
