- Drive topline growth, profitability, and market share in line with organizational and OEM objectives.
- Define and execute sales and business strategies across assigned regions or business units.
- Lead, mentor, and manage large, multi-location teams, ensuring productivity and performance alignment.
- Establish performance benchmarks, KRAs, and governance frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Manage OEM relationships, ensuring adherence to audit norms, brand standards, and operating guidelines.
- Oversee forecasting, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making to support business planning.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent customer experience standards across all locations and business formats.
