Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience of 7-10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the analytical laboratory requirements industry.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
