Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
- Nurture and improve the sales performance of existing talent while building a strong sales team that can meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and explore untapped avenues to increase revenue growth.
- Create and manage a strong sales network across India.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and structures to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Lead all kinds of sales activities including inbound, outbound, and digital leads.
- Set sales targets and closely monitor sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Intervene and guide employees to yield better results and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactic
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 7-10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the analytical laboratory requirements industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales processes and structures.
