Roles and Responisibilites:

• Experience of managing of South India apart from at least one North region.
• Fluent in any one South Indian language and Hindi
• Quality of sales in terms of product mix sales, profitability and credit control
• Successful new products launch
• New customer/ new market expansion
• Developing performance and succession capability of the team.
• CRM system compliance by data, quality, fullness, and timeliness.
• Tracking competition and market trends, and sharing the same for Management’s action.
• Improving the efficiency of the sales function by adopting AI tools and technology.
