Job Description
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge in Sales Closing techniques, with strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Self-Motivated with a result driven approach.
- Proactive response to customers.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge in Electrical Panel building industry and IEC 61439 standards.
- Knowledge of Electrical Enclosures.
- Exposure to Indian and Export Markets and knowledge of Statutory Sales requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on Profitable Revenue Generation.
- Work towards P&L of the company.
- Achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain minimum 3 months order booking to optimize overheads in shop floor.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Focus on approvals with different principle companies and specifiers for better profitability orders and sustainable growth.
- Do appropriate marketing activities for Lead generation.
- Focus and understand the PRODUCT -CUSTOMER- COMPETITOR and COMPANY (PCCC).
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential customers and understand their Need, Desire, Problem and Aspiration (NDPA).
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Responsible for collection of Payment on time as per agreed Payment Terms.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and committed GOAL.
- Train the sales team and support them in achieving targets.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team for better improvement internally and to provide better service to customer.
