Leading European company in AI technologies and services is looking for a Sales Iberia Director.
As Sales Director in the Iberia region you will work with Strategics accounts specialists and Marketing managers to provide consulting and solutions for their digital transformation.
We are looking for a profile with at least 7 years of experience in selling digital marketing solutions in agencies and media. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and motivated leader who has the ability to generate new business opportunities and increase sales, while also maintaining good relationship with previous clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Identify sales opportunities in digital marketing agencies and media.
- Generate leads and prospects through market research, event participation and relationship development.
- Present digital marketing solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners.
- Oversee the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work as a team with other departments in the company to ensure sales success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with clients from the groceries sector.
- Strong experience in a B2B Business Development role within digital marketing agencies. contact with large grocery or retail accounts.
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director specializing in Marketing agencies and large account management - Grocery / Hardlines or Branded companies. Spanish companies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expectations.
- Strong relationships with media agencies or Groceries direct marketers.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with other departments within the company.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established sales goals.
- Availability to travel on a weekly basis.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.
- Native Spanish, advanced English, mainly conversational.
