As Sales Iberia Director you will be working with Retailers to provide consulting & solutions for their digital transformation.
Requiriments:
Directly reporting to the Country Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for:
● Actively contributing to the development and delivery of the Sales strategy accordance with the annual Sales & Marketing plan.
● Networking with key retail and agency prospects to build strategic partnerships that lead to commercial realization.
● Keeping up to date with the changing digital landscape, ensuring a sound knowledge of industry best practice and benchmarks.
● Coordinating ongoing research of the industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new sales and marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives shared with the Commercial Management.
Profile Skills:
● Strong experience in a B2B Business Development role within digital marketing agencies. contact with groceries or retailers big accounts.
● minimun 7 years experience as Sales Manager or Sales Director specialized on Marketing agencias and managing big acounts.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expectations
● Strong Media Agency or direct Groceries sells relationships
● Hungry to learn, grow and succeed while being part of an innovative organization
● Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
● You have a '"can-do" attitude, who looks to problems and challenges as an opportunity to learn
● Great organizational skills and ability to handle many tasks at the one time to ensure consistent pipeline growth in parallel to revenue target achievement
● Strong organizational skills and "ready to travel" attitude
● Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
